Espresso House is the Nordic region’s largest and most expansive coffee shop chain with a total of over 500 shops in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany. The collaboration between Espresso House and FocusNeo started in 2014 in connection with the chain changing its profile, and today FocusNeo manages ongoing profiling of new coffee shops in the entire market area.
In 2014, Espresso House launched a new visual identity and began a major effort to become the market leader in its segment. The rate of establishment is around 40 stores/shops per year and the focus in recent years has been the German market.

Espresso House places great emphasis on creating a welcoming environment for its visitors. The cozy environment is recognizable regardless of whether you visit Espresso House in Stockholm, Oslo or Hamburg.
A comrehensive signage program saves costs
An extensive investment involves major challenges and is often associated with high costs. Each location has its own unique conditions and in order to create the greatest possible cost efficiency, we have helped Espresso House to develop an adapted signage program with products held in stock. In addition, we have dedicated project managers with full control of Espresso House’s requirements and needs. To date, we have helped Espresso House with the implementation of solutions for external and internal signage at over 500 facilities.
