Our method ensures the entire process, from feasibility study and quotation to the documented installation and ongoing service and support. As a customer, you should know what you can expect of us and not become any more engaged than you want to. We use our own web-based project management system, SignE, to ensure that all parts of the delivery are completed. Our own customer login will give you access to the system, enabling you to view the projects in full and to follow your delivery in real time.

ACCESS – 10 STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT

ANALYSIS

Every project is unique and has its basis in your brand. Our work therefore starts with an analysis of the brand and the project’s conditions, where we examine what the needs are, your budget, your logo and the common goals we want to achieve

SURVEY

As a starting point, we often use the customer’s journey, which is important in determining how your customers and visitors find you and experience you. Via a site viewing, or survey as we call it, we look at the access roads, the architecture, the surrounding signage, the building’s conditions, possible attachments, and much more. We also assess the factors such as the sign’s distance of visibility and colour.

BUDGET

Based on the analysis, the feasibility study and site viewings, we provide a calculation and a quote that includes both material and labour. We take care to ensure that the quote contains all items, so that we remain within the given budgetary framework.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

We have our own designers and engineers, which means that we are able to reach further and create unique solutions just for you. Depending on your circumstances and needs, we select the right solution for your logo and the location. We help you with sketches, photo-montage, 3D visualisations, construction drawings, authorisation management, and much more.

PRODUCTION

In the production stage, we work with suppliers who meet our high standards and can also handle large complex deliveries. We construct products of the highest quality with the optimum choice of materials and the best components to guarantee a long service life and low maintenance costs.

LOGISTICS

Complex projects require smooth transport solutions. We have a quality-assured supply chain from the supplier to the installation site. If storage is needed, we have our own warehouse and have access to the storage areas of our suppliers in the Nordic region and globally.

INSTALLATION

We work mainly with our own teams of fitters in the Nordic countries and work in close cooperation with qualified partners who know our products and ensure that the installations are properly carried out. We are also part of a global network that can install signage programmes all over the world.

DOCUMENTATION

When the work is finished, we compile the documentation and store spare parts. You have access to photographs, installation records and other documents belonging to the project in our web-based project management system, SignE.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

FocusNeo is environmentally certified and takes a holistic approach to environmental issues. Everything, from factories working with paints to environmental standards, to coordinated transportation. We make sure that all materials from the old removed signs and waste materials are recycled.
